Shipping and Returns Policy

Welcome to Awaken Supplements!

All orders are processed and dispatched in the UK, we aim to ship your order the same day if placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

We currently only ship within the UK.

We offer 24hr or 48hr tracked shipping via Royal Mail, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email or text message.

You must return the products to the address provided by our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We recommend you keep your Post Office receipt as proof of return. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipment.

  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item, we will assess the condition and take necessary action. You will be offered the choice of a refund or a replacement item, whichever is appropriate to resolve the issue. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be credited to your original payment method.

Standard Returns Policy
